Lycklig den som tar sig an den svage,
honom skall Herren rädda på olyckans dag.
Herren bevarar honom och ger honom liv,
han prisas lycklig i landet.
Du låter inte fiender sluka honom.
Herren stöder honom när han ligger sjuk.
På sjukbädden gör du honom frisk.

Blessed is he who has concern for the weak;
in time of trouble the Lord will deliver him.
The Lord will protect him and keep him alive;
he will make him happy on earth
and not abandon him to the will of his enemies.
The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed
and bring him back to health.
